DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

DELIVERY FEES

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.

• Orders of R849 or more qualify for FREE DELIVERY.
• Orders below R849 will incur a delivery fee calculated at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details where applicable. You can use these details to follow the progress of your delivery.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, public holidays, high-volume periods, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information.
